Terminology

• A "rank" is someone who is on the internal side of Soulobby. They are given the @Rank role in the Discord server.
• A "star rank" is someone who is a more senior rank. They are given the @Star Rank role in the Discord server.
• A "queue helper" is someone who is on the internal side of Soulobby. They are given the @Queue Helper role in the Discord server.
• A "general user" is someone who is not any of the above.

Use

Use involves a Discord bot called Soulobby in the Soulobby Discord server. By engaging with this service, you agree to the terms of service and privacy policy.

What data is stored?

Your user id is stored when making use of our Corrupted Egg Queue. This is to ensure no duplicate requests.

When rank applications are open, your user id will be stored to ensure no duplicate rank applications.

When calling corrupted eggs, your user id will be stored to know who called what for historical purposes. This is mainly for ranks and queue helpers.

Message content may be stored for moderation purposes. Message logs are deleted after 30 days.
